i remember as a child, sticking clothespins through this flower and using as dolls, then placing several in water to have them do water ballet. Hollyhock flowers

We sure did. I think it was Mrs.Uttrup who taught us to make these. Linda Ornt Evelyn Uttrup Hanneman Or maybe my Nana Simpson, or Ann Sutton. It was a “thing” we did one summer – what sweet memories!
