It took my own advice and took a short walk at Klinekine Pond which runs off Salmon Creek, by my house. Spring walk when you can still enjoy the transparent structure of the woods, along with thousands of buds ready to burst their green.
Apparently the county stocks the pond with trout, starting a couple of weeks ago. Today starts spring break and a lot of young fishermen were out.
