Think we have water issues!I grew up in far Northern California and have never seen Mt Shasta with out snow. My dad is 94 and can’t remember a time. People this is where the Sacramento River begins. Not sure why we do not have water restrictions in place for all Californians. Someone in State Government needs to step up.
