Organic local fall color. Some old favorites, some new, from organic 1/2 acre farm run by one family about 5 minutes from my house. Got to stock up now as most farmers markets in the area close on Nov. and don’t open until end of March. Delicata will keep 2 months and the new one i have not tried is the dark green Kabocha which (like the butternut) will keep 4 months. Even the pumpkin is a new to me variety “Winter Luxury Pie” supposed to be deep orange. And the Parsnips just looked so good – they will be roasted soon!
