Twenty-five years ago on this day I arrived at the Bridge of the Gods and finished my 1100+ hike on the Pacific Crest Trail. The thing I thought then is the thing I still think almost every day: how grateful I am for every single mile. The hard ones, the easy ones, the beautiful ones, the wretched ones, the ones that reveal us to ourselves, the ones that teach us how to change. Keep walking. #staywild
