i start a small load of bathroom towels, wash clothes, and kitchen cleanup towels,
set the load parameters and leave the room once i hear the water flowing through the pipes into the tub assembly,
i head into the kitchen where i rinse out the last of dishes from last night,
the tea cup and herbal tea strainer included,
noticing that the plants in the window sill in front of me have lowered water levels,
i use the clean tea mug to refill the hydroponic glass dish system these plants survive in,
then removing the last pre-made coddled egg from the refrigerator,
for breakfast,
i remove 6 eggs from their wire basket,
and start to boil an open pot of water for the next batch of eggs,
i crack the peel from my one current egg,
discarding the peel in the trash, and rinse the egg under the cold running tap before cutting it into mouth size pieces,
then bring the whistling tea kettle from it’s burner,
i remove it’s tight fitting lid and fill it to the brim with cold water, and restore it to the burner, electric start the burner and wait for the whistle
so i may pour that steaming water over the ground coffee in the tempered glass french press.
