CANNON BEACH, Ore. -Eric, who lives in Seattle, says he was at Cannon Beach Sunday when he captured this video of a herd of elk running from a wave during a high tide.
He says the owner of the hotel he's staying at has never seen anything like this before and the tides are the highest since 1967.
Another person on Cannon Beach says she saw 20-foot waves.
