Vote, honor the women who fought for equanimity

Woman’s Rights National Historical Park Rhoda Palmer is buried in a small cemetery on the outskirts of Waterloo, New York. She demanded women’s suffrage at the First Woman’s Rights Convention in 1848. Seventy years later, she voted for the first time – Rhoda Palmer was 102 years old.

Americans continue to exercise that right today.
