One lane won’t solve the issue

You see the problem written all over the map…even after the billions spent, and years of construction….you still have one huge funnel of people from the valley side through the one funnel-hole of the 405. One more lane of cars will NOT solve this issue. Until there is rail transportation over and through the hills, at several points (Topanga, Reseda, Sepulveda, Laurel Canyon, etc) into Sta. Monica, West LA, Beverly Hills, and LA. It should take no more than 15 minutes to get from Reseda to Culver City with rail.

Until then the legacy LA leaves is sad indeedhttp://www.cnn.com/2011/US/07/16/405.vercammen/index.html?eref=mrss_igoogle_cnn . One of anger, frustration, hour and a half commutes, and avoidance.
